RACE INFORMATION
On Site Food: Chief’s Catering – Street tacos and barbecue, serving Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (626) 658-4198
Fuel: Flash Point is available on site for travelers.
Control Tyres: Tyre Pro-Line Buckshot Premount in S3 Compound.
Free Practice – Any tyres can be used, however if a driver prefers, one set of control tyres can be pre-purchased exclusively for use in Free Practice.
Free Practice tyres are not eligible for use during the remainder of the event. There are three rounds of Free Practice.
One set – Free Practice (1 total)
Seeding Practice, Qualifying, First Final, Special Races – Drivers can pre-purchase an additional 3 sets of control tyres.
1 set per day – Friday, Saturday, Sunday (3 total) 4 sets maximum – 1 Free practice, 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday available for pre-purchase.
Bump Up Finals – Drivers can buy an additional set on site during Finals for each bump up achieved. New tyres are not available for purchase for the LCQ, Jr or 40+ finals.
A Final – Each driver reaching the RC2 Main Event on Sunday will be given be given a free set of tyres.
Technical Inspection – Will be held after Seeding Practice, Qualifying, Finals and any special races. Please note a driver risks being disqualified from the round if they fail a control tire check at any technical inspection.
Please note that tyre saucing is not allowed. Drivers risk being disqualified from the round for tyre saucing.
Entry Fee and Payment Options: Please reply immediately to the email stating the number of sets of control tyres you wish to buy for Free Practice, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (maximum pre purchase 4 sets, $35 USD per set).
Once tyre purchase information has been received, a PayPal payment request will be sent for both the entry fee of $125 USD and requested sets of tyres.

Please send a “friends and family” PayPal payment for the correct amount to info@rc-gp.com and write in the message section what you are paying for – for example, “$265.00 – RCGP USA entry fee and four sets of tyres.”
Entry fee – $125 USD Entry + 1 set – $160 USD Entry + 2 sets – $195 USD Entry + 3 sets – $230 USD Entry + 4 sets – $265 USD (Including one for Free Practice, not eligible for the race)

Refunds: The entry fee is non-refundable.
If a driver cannot attend the race having already paid for control tyres, please email info@rc-gp.com and a tyre refund will be issued.
Defective tyres will be assessed on a case by case basis by either a tyre company representative or RCGP Administration.
Any refunds or replacements are at the discretion of RCGP.
